Your programme will be designed with you; making sure we take into account your current level of fitness, training history, location, available facilities and available training time. We will use the information from any assessments that you have completed to make sure your programme is as effective as possible.
We can offer you a variety of ways to deliver your programme including remote-access training programmes, 1:1 training programme consultations, coaching demonstration sessions to more intensive personal coaching programmes. We are able to provide you with any training equipment you may need.
